Prohibited Uses:

• Using the Service to process any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Processing or creating images that depict or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors in any form. We have zero tolerance for such content and will cooperate fully with law enforcement.
• Using the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying AI models.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or abuse the Service in a way that could degrade performance for other users.

Your privacy is fundamental to how SlickBG is built. Because all image processing happens locally in your browser, your images are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any server.

SlickBG is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• No guarantee of accuracy. While our AI model produces high-quality background removal results, we do not guarantee that the output will be perfect, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Results may vary depending on image quality, complexity, and content.
• No guarantee of availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Use at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for reviewing the processed output to ensure it meets your quality standards and requirements before using it in any project.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlickBG and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Damages resulting from any errors, inaccuracies, or defects in the background removal output.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

SlickBG is provided as a free, publicly accessible web tool. We strive to maintain consistent uptime, but the Service is provided "as available" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• Scheduled maintenance. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or improvements. We will attempt to minimize disruption whenever possible.
• No SLA. Because SlickBG is a free service, there is no service level agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime percentage.
• Browser compatibility. The Service requires a modern web browser with WebAssembly support. Performance and availability may vary based on your browser, device, and internet connection.
